Business to Business (B2B)
Business to business commercial transactions (such as those between a manufacturer and wholesaler /wholesaler and retailer) is much higher than the business to consumer transaction (B2C). Business to Business exchange is a major growth area.
With several transactions in a typical supply chain, the contract is key in this situation. One break in the chain can cause major disruption.
We will spend time consulting with you to ensure that we understand your operation and your needs.
What is a contract?
It is a document, an agreement, which sets out your obligations and can also protect you and protect your business. We can assist you with this however complex the chain of transaction and however unique, or otherwise, the transactions may be. We can also give you advice before you sign an agreement, such as a business to business contract or lease, to ensure that the terms are fair, reasonable and advantageous to you.
Lease
Essentially the contract most businesses will enter into at an early stage. We can draft your lease or alternatively advise you on the contents of a lease you have, or are thinking of entering into. We can negotiate on your behalf with your Landlords and Agents.

We can advise you on how to achieve this. You will also need to be licensed to carry out ‘licensable activities’ which include music, dancing and for the showing of plays and films. It is essential to follow the correct procedure and our Licensing Team can assist you.
